Herbal tea consultations
These consultations are desinged to give you a taste of herbal medicine, especially if it’s something new to you. They can provide supprt for acute conditions such as hay fever, digestive problems, stress, sleep issue. These sessions do not provide the time to go into the detail needed to tackle the root casues of the symptoms, for this, you would need a full herbal consultation (see below).
On booking, I take some details from you (e.g. allergies, medications you are taking, details of GP) so that we csn spend the 15 minutes focused on your reason for the tea. I will then formulate a tea, primarily based on herbs that I have grown or foraged, and post it out to you. I believe in keeping things simple, so the loose leaf tea is posted out in a compostable brown paper bag, you will need to pop it in a jar when you recieve it and you will need a tea infuser/pot to make the tea.
The cost for the consultation, 35g herbal tea and postage is £25, this is charged at boooking. Only availble for postage within the UK.

Full herbal consultations
Herbal medicine is an approach that gets to the root of the symptoms you are experiencing. I work alongside you to enable you to take back control of your own health and wellbeing.
We spend spend 1-1.5 hours in the initial appointment to delve into your medical history, family history, your current lifestyle, emotional wellbeing and any other symptoms that are occurring. This enables me to take a holistic approach to your treatment plan. Ultimately, the herbs only provide one prong of a treatment plan, with changes to diet and lifestyle being the foundational blocks we’ll work on together.
Where herbal remedies are prescribed, I use the whole plant (not a standardised extract, like a pharmaceutical drug) and the are made into tincutures, teas, capsules or topical applications. I make the majority of the herbal remedies myself. The herbs are either grown or foraged by me, or brought-in from sustainable sources if they are not available locally.
